Welcome to your cozy, spacious home away from home. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfect for families or friends.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the open living/dining area features seating for six, a futon, and a TV with cable, WiFi, and Chromecast. You’ll also find a PS2 and board games for entertainment. Step out onto the large back balcony to relax.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and TV, while the second bedroom includes two twin bunk beds. An in-unit washer and dryer, along with linens and towels, are provided for your convenience.

Parking is available for two vehicles (no motorcycles or campers). For safety, BBQ grills and the wood stove are not permitted. A portable A/C unit is available in warmer months. Please note the unit is 500 feet to a highway, so some noise may be heard with windows open.

It's in the heart of the White Mountains surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery. Loon Mountain is just 3 miles away for great skiing and riding in the winter and mountain biking, hiking and the activity center in the spring, summer and fall. Route 112 nearby for leaf peeping in the fall. Lots of attractions within 30 minutes drive.
