Cette maison de ville spacieuse est située à la base de Clearbrook I, juste en face de la vallée de Loon Mountain. Avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains, cette maison de ville sur quatre niveaux offre beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre. Entrez dans un hall d’entrée et montez dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir, une causeuse, une télévision à écran plat et une cheminée à gaz. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un grand comptoir et des chaises pour six personnes, tandis que la table à manger peut accueillir huit autres personnes. Aussi à ce niveau est une salle de bain complète, une chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et accès à la petite terrasse avec vue boisée. Un autre niveau se trouve un palier avec un coin salon et la buanderie. Encore un escalier et vous êtes au dernier étage de la maison de ville avec la chambre principale avec lit king size, télévision et climatisation; une salle de bain complète et la troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.

Votre séjour comprend une adhésion au club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme Village avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, trois jacuzzis (un extérieur), un sauna, une salle d’entraînement et 12 courts de tennis. A proximité, profitez du VTT, des sentiers de randonnée et d'autres attractions estivales.

Un service de navette pour le domaine skiable de Loon Mountain est disponible les fins de semaine et les jours fériés en saison.

La piscine et le club de remise en forme peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison d’un entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

Great white mountain getaway across the street from Loon!

Great place. Super convenient acroas thw atreet from Loon. Shuttle takes 5 minutes. Access to hot tubs and pools. Shopping ahead is a good idea there was minimal 'basics' like spices, etc. Also the 10 am check out puts pressure on the departure. Otherwise great property !

The kitchen/living room/dining room area was particularly nice. Some of the linens were a little shabby, and there was no central air. Some of my kids were hot at night and went to sleep in the living room which had an AC unit. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental.

Great location

The unit needs MUCH repair and updates. Kitchen cabinets are falling off the hinges. One of the beds had issues which the property managers were receptive to hear.

We were sorry to find this out after your departure. If you had let us know, via the 24 hour live phone number we gave you on arrival, we would have been happy to come and resolve the issue immediately. The AC has worked for all of our other guests, before and after.

Unit C03WU is in a great location (on the bus route) to the mountain and restaurants in Lincoln. Floor plan for kitchen and living room was great for our group (watching the Super Bowl). Nice job with the Snow Plow Team at Clearbook. They kept the road, driveway, and even the walkway to the condo in great condition.

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Given 1 set of towels (bath,hand & face)per person for the week did have to wash towels regularly with the washer/dryer.

Reviewer Comments: Though we liked the set-up of the house and the general cleaners did a good job the couch and rug in the living room were disgustingly dirty. So much so that I got blankets out of my car to cover the couch. This was not just usual wear and tear but food stains which were truly gross. Also there were ants so you need to put in any traps. Also the hot water was not turned on when we got there so we had to figure out how to turn it on. The DVD player and stereo were also not hooked up. Good thing my husband and daughter are handy.
