Two additional queen guest bedrooms include one with a trundle bed, and a shared bath with a shower/tub combo. The shallow waters of St. Joseph Bay offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling, shelling, and surf fishing. Plus, the boat launch at Pate Pete Park is just four blocks away, and multiple beach access points, including Maddox Park, are less than a three-minute drive.

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

*Pool Heat, December - January: due to fluctuating temperatures pool heat may not be available for these months. As long as the outside temperature remains above 50 degrees, pool heat will be available.
*pool heat requires additional fee, $65 daily plus tax
*Dogs only, 60lb max, pet fee required
*The following list of dogs breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions:

My family and I really enjoyed this place for a quick visit to St. Joe. It's literally within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Communication with the host wasgreat!

We loved our stay at this house. It was clean and roomy enough for our family. The neighborhood was close to everything that we needed. I would have given a perfect score if the backyard had lights. We like to sit outside during the evening, and although the pool would light up until 11pm, we couldn't see to walk. We would still stay here again. The pool was fantastic.

Place was super clean and plenty of room for our family. Had everything you would need for a great stay! I know you go to Florida for the ocean but sometimes you can’t get enough of the water so after a long day at the beach and after you go out and eat you might want to come back and just hang out in the pool. We will be back for sure! We found out about port st joe and the forgotten coast about 4-5 years ago and have been staying ever since.

The place was cute but not advertised well I’ve never stayed at a place that did not offer beach towels nor enough toilet paper or trash bags for the time you stay along with no spices house was nice and pool was good but was no where near a beach nor walking distance when you consider all the traffic not a lot to do. Port st Joe is up and coming but not a place I’d take kids back to. Poop was green when we got there had to wait till next day to even swim before pool guy came I don’t know if these are new people at renting places but not my cup of tea.

Let me start by saying the house is fine. It’s clean, well situated close to town. The kitchen is a little sparse but wasn’t a big deal as we are are out most evenings. My one star rating is for the property management group. We had several incidents occur including no internet, unexpected lawn and pool services. One of which walked into the backyard with no notice and scared me and my son. Then upon check out someone texted me a photo saying we damaged furniture and charged the card on file 250. Which we did not damage anything so I immediately called to discuss at which point I left a message. She texted me back why it was charged and told me to dispute my card if I had an issue. I texted back and left another voicemail asking her to call me as I wanted to get it resolved with them but no response phone or text. I will have to dispute the charge on file. But I hope the owner reads this and is able to choose a different company to work with as I won’t be back nor will I rent with anyone under that management company. If you’re willing to take the risk - go ahead. But don’t deal with new wave property management unless you want poor service during your stay and unapproved charges without notice.
