Charming two story beach house one half block from town and one and a half blocks from the beach. Ocean Beach is reached by ferry from BayShore. There are no vehicles allowed on this barrier island which makes for a leisurely relaxed experience. Shops, markets, restaurants and playground are all in walking distance. Spend your days on the beautiful beach and your evenings enjoying waterfront dining while viewing magnificent sunsets. On the first floor there is a bathroom, laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, small bedroom with twin bunks, dining room, living room and enclosed porch. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a shed with two adult bikes, four childrens' bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. The large deck has furniture, a barbeque and an outdoor shower with separate changing area. It is a great compound to return to after a day at the beach for a cocktail, some summer music and a family dinner. There is a large wagon at the house that can be accessed and brought back to the ferry upon arrival to transport belongs.
