Pelicans and Flipflops is a unique beachfront house located between Pirates Beach and Jamaica Beach in Galveston just steps away from the beach. It’s newly renovated and loaded with a blend of character, charm, convenience and comfort! The main floor living space has a full working galley kitchen, spacious dining and living room, with plenty of windows to bring the outdoors in. The master bedroom has a king size bed and office area, 2nd bedroom has a Queen and twin beds, 1 full bath with tub/shower combo as well as a 1/2 bath, with a large wrap around deck and hot tub set to arrive July 2025. The upper floor is where you will find the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, Kitchenette and 1/2 bath. It has its own private entry and deck with an impressive 260 views, perfect for sunrise and sunsets with the beautiful Gulf shore in-between. This Beachfront home has an easy entry and location with personal parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway with plenty of parking across the street. On the ground floor you will find an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, BBQ Pit, plenty of seating and picnic table as well as a fenced area and the washer and dryer. This home is Ideal for families or small groups seeking a memorable stay.
External safety cameras are in use at front doors focused on entry stairs.
