Lake Getaway - Sleeps 12 - includes boat slip

Perfect for the whole family or your friend group to play and make memories at Lake of the Ozarks. Home is located directly on the water and close by is a state access boat ramp you can drop boat and park in the included dock slip. This is a 2800 sqft home free standing with 1500 sqft of deck. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have lakeview as does the main living area. Two of the bedrooms have connected bathrooms. One bedroom has an in suite office. Famous Coconuts and Jolly Rogers is a 10 minutes away

There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 total. There is a long couch that sleeps 2 comfortably. And we have an air mattress for 2 you can air up in the main room or in the study which is part of but separated from one of the bedrooms

If you are riding side by sides we ask that you do not ride your side by sides around
And trailer them to the loop2

We absolutely loved this property and that we could rent both homes for our friends and family to come together. Our family of five adults and three kids stayed in the larger home. Space, TV in each room, nice living room space and wrap around deck was all fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked, fantastic patio with a beautiful view for mornings and evenings, with a very large dock and space to spread out. We cooked dinner and grilled out most evenings, it was ideal for our large group. We will be back!

My immediate family of 16, all 20 years old, enjoyed our stay at the Lake Getaway, as we hosted a family reunion over Labor Day weekend. We had 12 sleep at the house. The house fit our needs nicely. We utilized all the bedrooms with eight people. We didn't use the futon. The other four young adults slept on two air mattresses in the very spacious living room. The covered deck was nice for visiting, playing darts, cooking on the grill or when it was sprinkling one day play games. The dock was nice for swimming and laying out. Additional seating in the shade was nice for the people that wanted to stay out of the sun. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future plans.
