Welcome to our lake house! Take a look and we welcome your family down to have blast here at lake of the Ozarks! Located at the 4MM of the Gravois Arm in a great cove. The heart of lake of the Ozarks. 10 minutes by water to Horny Toad & Shady Gators. Roomy 2,800 sqft house with 4 bedroom & 2 bathrooms! Sleeps 15 guests for all your families needs.

Great water even during a busy holiday weekend. You will be able to enjoy the calm water all summer long without the stress of high boat traffic and peace of mind for the kiddos.

Large grassy yard for kids to play when they need a break from the water.

No steps down to dock! 2 Kayaks, 5 sun loungers, 5 floating mats, 4 seat floats, paddle boat, Lily float mat, Adult and children's Life jackets, beach towels, & grill all included in rental. Just bring your sunscreen!

Wet steps for easy exit/entry into the water. These are life changing and never made getting in and out of the lake easier.

Well appointed kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Highchair, baby gate and pack & play all onsite so you can relax let the kids play.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time a this house! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of water toys, life jackets and beach towels to use as well. It made it nice to not have to bring a lot of things with us. Nice and quiet little cove too!

A beautiful escape

A wonderful property to stay at. Very accommodating for a large group of people. Location was perfect for lake access as well as nearby grocery stores. Would definitely recommend and come stay again.

This house was absolutely perfect for a large group. It was such a quiet and calm place to enjoy the water. The host was very helpful and attentive. Our group had the best weekend!

Fun trip with friends!

We loved this property. It had a ton of space and perfect for our trip. It was nice to be able to use their paddle board & towels! It’s a bit out of the way from town / shopping but perfect for our group of friends.

Great house!

We had 11 people with us for our stay and everyone had a great time. The nice big screened-in-porch was definitely the ideal hangout place for our rainy day, and I think we used every other sitting area around there at some point. Great property, if we ever go back to the lake we may have to stay here again!

Just perfect!

The house was just wonderful to spend our time in the ozarks. We had 3 families and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax. They have thought of everything and feels so welcoming. We loved being on the dock and fishing, kayaking for hours and just taking in the beautiful lake. We hope to be back soon!

Our adult children, significant others and parents enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The location was perfect! Easy to get our boat & jet ski on the lake. I appreciated having a kitchen that actually was stocked with spices and condiments-just in case we needed something. The house was homey and comfortable. Would definitely rent again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our stay was amazing. The house is roomy ; it fit our 10 family members perfectly. We stayed in October and the the view with the fall foliage was beautiful! I can’t wait to come back in the summer time! The property owner was superb ! I highly recommend! Thank you for allowing our family to stay it was an amazing experience!

Great views and great location!

Our family of 14 stayed to celebrate my Dad’s bday. We loved the dock, and the house was only 2.5hrs from KC. They had tons of rafts, lifejackets, fishing poles, kayaks, a paddle boat and board for kids to play with. We grilled one night and made smores by the firepit. We went to Lake Burgers down the street in 8mins, that seems brand new with great environment and food. Would stay here again!

We had a blast! The proximity to the water was perfect for all our young kids/teens! Being in the cove was great for our group to swim, kayak, and paddle board allowed us to explore but still be safe. We loved the amenities, I’ve not encountered this many before and it was greatly appreciated! The communication was excellent! Definitely going back!!

Thanksgiving Get Away

This is a great home for several people of all ages to stay in. We were able to spread out when we needed to. Also two of the four bedrooms slept up to five people which was great for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some to make our Thanksgiving meal special! The kids loved the paddle boat, and also the game room! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic property!!

This place was great! The location was perfect and it’s tucked back in a cove where you can swim off the dock and not feel like you’re in the way of boats. They had everything you need right at the dock too, paddle board, kayaks etc. The house is right on the water and the walk to the dock is literally 75 feet. The home was just right, well decorated and had a way of making you feel like it was actually your own home on the lake. We can’t wait to go back the same time next year. Probably one of the best vacation rentals we’ve done.

Family stay with younger kids

We had a wonderful time! Our family ranges generations and having an open floor plan with lots of seating and multiple living room areas was great to help keep an eye on the kids and keep everyone occupied. While we did have some difficulty keeping ourone-year-old and toddler out of the decor and low-level reachable breakables, there was lots of kid friendly accessories, such as life jackets, pack and play, and high chair. Bring the your own toddler silverware and cups with lids, but there was kids plates and bowls. An extra refrigerator in the garage was also a plus since we cooked several meals to feed the big family. The washer and dryer was also a big help as well.

Just what was needed!

We were looking for a house that would fit 10 of us but also had access to the lake and this fit the bill. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone to have some much needed down time. We loved the dock and the kids loved the lily pad! There were plenty of life jackets for everyone. The kayaks allowed us to float around the lake, it was so beautiful! It rained part of the time but we had plenty to do with the game room and board games that were provided. The pillows were very soft so if you prefer firm I would recommend you take your own. One recommendation I have for the owner would be to provide suitcase stands so they're not on the floor. Otherwise it was a pretty perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

Perfect place!!

This house is tucked in a quiet part of the lake. There is so much to do at the house and so many things included in the rental. We loved the paddle boat and game room. Couldn’t recommend this house more!

Fantastic rental!

This is our second time to rent this great house! The location is amazing! We took our boat and launched at mermaid cove Marina which is about 10 mins by car or boat. The dock was wonderful. Had everything a kid could need to entertain them for hours. We went wakeboarding in the morning to get smooth water. Went to lake burger and jolly Rogers for dinner. Look forward to renting again next summer!!

Amazing Lake House

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house was gorgeous and had plenty of room for our large group. The private dock was nice and quiet, perfect for a chill day on the water. Definitely recommend staying here!
