Welcome to Captain's Quarters, your private island retreat on the beautiful and secluded North Captiva Island, Florida. Accessible only by boat, ferry, or private plane; this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers the ultimate escape, surrounded by pristine beaches and swaying palm trees.

The house is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring a large screened-in porch where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy meals, or unwind with a good book while basking in the gentle sea breeze. Inside, the open-concept living space is airy and inviting, with coastal-inspired decor and all the modern comforts you need for a perfect getaway. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from casual snacks to gourmet dinners.

The two spacious bedrooms are beautifully appointed for rest and relaxation, with plush beds and soothing color palettes. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience, and the second bedroom is equipped with a pocket door for privacy, from bedroom to bathroom; perfect for 2 couples.

The property was just as advertised; peaceful, nice pool, easy access to the beach, and golf cart (a must) . Property manager was superb and very responsive. Perfect for 2 or 4 people.

Amazing stay on the island. The house is a great location within 5 minute walk from the beach and the harbor. The pool was wonderful and the house was well stocked. The concierge service was much appreciated and the beach chairs/towels were great. An amazing vacation with lots of shells and photographs of birds. Relaxation at its best!!!

Beaches everywhere, but sunset beach was our favorite and it was right at the end of our road! Mango’s just around the corner. This place was perfect for our family!

Everything was taken care of for us, and even when I made incorrect ferry reservation it was brought to to my attention and immediately rectified. The staff of the property management team were more than accommodating and exceeded our expectations during our stay.

Great week at the beach!

North Captiva is one of my favorite places. This is the second year we have spent the Fourth of July on the island, and we had a great stay! This property is well-equipped with everything you would need for a week at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the added benefit of having a pool for our personal use! Also, the six-seater golf cart is a must have for our family of five!!

Great place to stay

Everything about our stay was great. I do hope that if you are reading this you will not rent this place because that would mean that I will have competition renting it the next time I want to go to the "Island". All kidding aside everything was great. We would go back again in a minute and recommend others to do the same.

Amazing Property!

We had such a relaxing long weekend on north Captiva island. The house is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had in preparation for our island vacation. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Perfect location and plenty of outdoor space

The house was exactly as described. Comfy beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, terrific beach chairs and umbrella. Easy walk to beach, town etc. The golf cart is a huge added bonus. Lots of outdoor lounging space sun,shade, screened unscreened it has it all.

The property had more or less of everything we needed. In no particular order: the beds are good, the kitchen is well-outfitted for those of us that cook, including a great set of knives. The kitchen lighting isn't great. The living area is very comfortable. We don't watch much TV. We read. The living room has no lamps. So we moved the lamps from the guest room to the living room. The screened porch and the crow's nest are wonderful. The backyard is very nice with lounge chairs, a picnic table, a small pool and a grill. It's an easy 3 minute walk to the beach in one direction and an easy 3 minute walk to the Island Club in the other direction. The Gulf water was too rough for us to swim, but there is great shelling at low tide. The pool at the Island Club is good. The one thing I would have preferred is either updated plumbing fixtures and tub in the ensuite bath or that the guest bath shower worked.

This made us feel confident and well-prepared before our trip even began.During our stay, the responsiveness continued. Anytime we had a question or a small concern, the host responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly communication, and it really elevated the entire experience.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing island getaway. Great spring break stay!

This house had everything we needed for 5 nights of island paradise! Perfect space for a family of 5. Comfortable and great amenities - loved the 6 seat golf cart and ping pong, hook & ring, and pool outside! Location was great to get easily to Mangos and our favorite beaches! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a lot of trouble with the door lock unless we locked it from the inside… And one night someone next door yelled at my kids for playing ping pong at like 9pm…They were being calm, relatively quiet and just playing ping pong. So that was frustrating. I guess you can end up next door to someone cranky at any house though. We definitely recommend this house for families of 4 or 5!

We had an amazing stay at Kerry’s North Captiva home! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. The house was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The beds were comfortable, and I’m absolutely in love with the couch (I forgot to ask the brand, but it was just perfect for after sunset hours—we're now in the market for a new one at home). Kerry I may PM you on this! The location is ideal, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of the entire experience. Communication was seamless from the moment we booked from pick up at the ferry landing to our departure. The entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.Kerry and her team of property managers were fantastic hosts, and I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped 2 bedroom getaway in paradise. Absolutely Perfect Stay At Captain’s Quarters

This was my first trip to North Captiva, and it was truly unforgettable. The communication from Kerry (host) and Laurie and Duncan (property managers) was exceptional—they made arrival, the stay, and departure completely seamless. Captain’s Quarters was the perfect home for our group of four adults and our grand pup. It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the couch was perfect for relaxing and watching movies after a full day.We loved having the 6-seater golf cart to explore the island, which is full of wildlife and natural beauty. The beach gear—towels, chairs, and umbrella—was a great bonus. After beach days, the pool was our favorite spot to cool off, with floats, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The outdoor space included a grill, picnic table, ping pong, cornhole, ring toss, and a large screened-in porch. The rooftop balcony offered peaceful views we’ll never forget.The kitchen was impressively stocked—we cooked all our meals and had groceries delivered before arrival. Everything fit perfectly. Captain’s Quarters and North Captiva stole my heart, and I’m already dreaming of returning.
