We love this cabin because of its EASY access in the winter...there are no hairpin turns or steep streets to navigate to reach it....it is on an easy-access road that is plowed frequently.

Outstanding

Everything was perfect. This home was cozy and super family friendly. We will most definitely stay there again many times again. It had all the amenities we needed and it was very clean and cozy. I have recommended it to many friends so far. Can't wait to see what springtime feels like in the forest.

Beautiful Escape

This property is a wonderful escape to rest and relax. The home is spacious with plenty of comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen works well for home cooking. The deck allows for sunshine filled afternoons with great conversation. We had an absolutely wonderful stay on this property.

Great cozy cabin!

  • 5 of 5

Terry was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The cabin is not the largest but it has nice a layout and the kitchen is a good size for group gathering. There's no dining table but the kitchen counter was good enough. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great cabin but needs more attention from new owner.

  • 3 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay but there are some definite concerns. When we arrived, the housekeeper had just left. One of the previous renters, or somebody, had stuck a butter knife in the door casing to prevent the latch from engaging and trapping people inside. The doorknob was broken. I text the owner right away but we had to deal with a non-latching bathroom door for 2 days before it got fixed. Same scenario with upstairs bathroom toilet. Seal plug went bad and toilet ran day and night, resulting in loud rushing water sounds in the walls of downstairs bedroom and a constant knocking sound. After a mostly sleepless night on the first night, we had to shut off the water up there. The owner was responsive and had both problems fixed by the 2nd day, but my complaint is that it should have been resolved prior to us arriving. Someone, the housekeepers or the owner, should get eyes on the cabin to make sure everything is in order, prior to renters arriving. Also, the mattresses are just awful. The springs can be felt on your back and they are all covered in plastic zippered mattress covers, which loudly and annoyingly crinkle every time you move throughout the night. The bedding is said to be upgraded and new but is absolutely not new. Overall the cabin feels cluttered and full of forgotten stuff. It needs a good cleaning of the drawers, closets, and cabinets. There is way to much stuff everywhere and makes an already tight space feel closed in. Lastly, we never could get the fireplace to burn. I think maybe the wood was to damp or something. Be sure to bring or stock fire starters. I truly don't mean to be down on this cabin because we had an amazing time, but it needs attention from owners and will then be perfect!

Excellent stay in a comfortable cabin!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I spent three nights in this cabin in Brian Head. It was warm, comfortable and cozy. The kids loved using the various sleds available in the garage. Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen was very conveniently set up for preparing and serving meals. The owner was very easy to reach, helpful and always returned emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends.
