This condo is one of the older units at Regatta Bay but met all our expectations. View of main channel is outstanding! Communication with Jeff from the management company was excellent. Would rent here again.

This property was very clean and spacious. It was a bit outdated which is not a huge deal. The large window in the master had terrible sun block. It was bright in our room at 5:30 a.m. One towel and wash cloth per person for the week is unacceptable in my opinion. Also, only one roll of toilet paper and the body soap dispenser was only a 1/4 full. It could be updated with any type of lighting in the living room and another piece of comfortable furniture to sit on. All in all, a good stay. For what people have to pay for these properties, I believe every small detail should be accounted for.
