Great stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was easy. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! Excellent hosts- quick and informative communication. Inside the property is clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Driveway parking fits 3 cars front to back. Kitchen amenities were appreciated, with enough K-Cups to get four adults through the weekend. Nice to know there is a great spot for our group to visit family in the area.
The check in was very easy, the host was very responsive and the home was beautiful with everything you needed. I would highly recommend booking to stay here!
My daughter goes to school in Rochester we came down to see her for the weekend had 6 adults and a toddler comfortable in the house. Kitchen was well stocked as we like to cook. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood.
Stayed as a family to explore all around Rochester. Conveniently located to the canal, Fairport and Pittsford. Plenty of restaurants to choose from around area. Just such a gorgeous location. House is comfortable, spacious, and so clean. Home owner is available if needed and quick to respond to anything. Great home to stay in!!
Small problem with keyless entry first time but very quickly fixed. Super clean, all amenities thought of. In a nice neighborhood. Back yard to let the dog out was wonderful bonus. Better washer and dryer than I have at home. Stayed while my house having renovations. Great location!
5 of us stayed in this property as we had our sons ice hockey tournament at the Rochester Ice Center. Literally the house was half a mile from rink. The hospitality Jillian showed was top notch. She sent a few messages making sure we were all set getting in the house and making sure everything was in order in the house. The house was new inside, great kitchen, living room was very homie and the bedroom had lots of space with great mattresses on the beds that had me waking up with no back pain for the first time in two years. We would definitely stay here again

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We were very impressed with our stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and everything necessary was stocked (dishes, spices, cleaning supplies, towels, etc).
We were traveling with 3 children (13, 10, infant) and Grandma. I really appreciated the layout, allowing Grandma to have her own space (bed, bath, living area) downstairs. The whole family dove into the board game selection and we all stayed up playing together until midnight WITH NO PHONES! The baby noted he got a great nights' sleep on the extra-firm king mattress, and the professional sink sprayer in the kitchen doubles for nice baths!
*DO NOT BOOK THRU TRAVELOCITY
There was no streamlining to VRBO, could not access the trip or host messages, etc. Nightmare to deal with. Book directly through VRBO!
This place was a solid place to stay while visiting for UofR grad. It was easy to find, clean and conveniently located. The place was clearly very new although it could use a few more amenities as it definitely does not cross from “serviceable” to “welcoming/comfortable”. The full length mirror in the downstairs bathroom was appreciated. A few suggestions:- There were not nearly enough towels, and they were all a bit weirdly small, not full-sized. - the house smelled quite a bit like wet dog for the first 24-36 hours, particularly on the upstairs sofa. Non ideal, particularly for non-pet people. Anyone with any sort of allergies should definitely steer clear. - there was not enough flatware, and 0 soap/shampoo in the either bathroom. - There were not basic salt and pepper shakers, only large flake cooking salt (?) - the bedrooms each had 2 pillows. Not crucial, but would recommend having 4 per queen bed for people’s comfort. - the front door would randomly not accept the given code, taking around 6-10 tries each time with the correct code. Worked in the end, just a bit odd.
