Great getaway

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed except it was missing the beach towels listed in the description so we had to make do. The pool and beach were perfect.

Nice view...... disappointing stay!

The pictures makes it look nicer than it feels. When you walk in it was ok. You can immediately see the dirty furniture and the floors felt dirty. Carpets in bedrooms (bad idea for a rental) was disgusting. The worse was tucking my kids into bed in the sofa couch and seeing the horrendous dirt, blood stain and crumbs on the sheets. It was hard for our family to feel at ease the rest of our stay. We had Walmart towels delivered , still with tags, straight off the shelf smell, b/c we didn't have enough towels, as they offer on website. I notified the mgmt Co. & they offered to send someone to clean couch. That never happened. They credit us 150 of the 1800 for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. Pictures will tell the rest. We would never recommend this place. Disgusting!

Fantastic Location – Great Stay with a Few Minor SuggestionsWe had a great stay at this condo and would definitely return! The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The pool was a favorite for our entire group, and the property grounds are beautiful and well-maintained.The condo itself is spacious and fit our group of seven comfortably. We loved being able to walk to the beach and come back to relax at the pool — it truly felt like a vacation.That said, there are a few small things that could make the experience even better. There weren’t enough wristbands for all seven of us, so we were frequently questioned at the pool, which got a little frustrating. We also didn’t have enough blankets for all the beds, so we bought a few extras and just took them home.We noticed some cleaning issues — like fresh stains on a few pieces of furniture and the curtains, dried food on the wall, and a mattress pad with what looked like old popsicle stains. It would also be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies on hand. We would’ve loved some rags or cleaning cloths instead of only having nice tea towels to wipe things up, and something to clean the glass stove top would’ve been useful.Even with those minor issues, we really enjoyed our time here. The condo, the pool, the beach, and the overall setting made this a fantastic vacation. With just a few small updates, it would be absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Pool was enjoyable, the view was amazing from the room! Beach access was easy and everything was within driving distance if we wanted to leave , you can also rent golf carts and go through the tunnel to the other side where the village of Baytowne wharf is kids had a blast!
