The Cottage at Mineral Reserve is the perfect place to surround yourself with nature and enjoy evenings making smores and memories over your personal fire pit! Located only 5min from Bennett Springs State park allowing access to the Niangua River for fishing, canoeing and hiking trails. Lebanon is a short drive to grab groceries or entertainment. Only a 45min drive will land you at the famous Lake of the Ozarks offering go karting, putt putt golf, boating, jet ski rentals and amazing food

The location was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We love the outdoors and being out by ourselves, able to enjoy the campfire and nature was so relaxing. The cottage is a good halfway point between Lebanon and Bennet Springs, only about a 15 drive either way. The cottage has pretty much every essential you might need. Plates, cups, utensils, single electric burner, electric skillet, small pans and spices. Shower was small but good pressure and plenty of hot water. I had originally booked a hotel but so glad I searched Vrbo and found this spot. We will be back!

Nice rental

Property was exactly as described-very clean. Only complaint, not about property, but the fees added on to the rental. Rental fee should be listed with all fees to see it’s real cost.

Great location and price

Was a bit hard to find in the dark and the neighbor did not appreciate we turned in his drive. Very quiet and easy access location!

Family weekend getaway

My husband, 2 young children, and I wanted to take a weekend trip to Bennet Springs state park and this was the perfect distance from there. What a cute cozy little house this was! Definitely would stay there again!

Great place close to Bennett Springs

Had a great stay , close to the spring and to Lebanon , cozy place with everything you need . Will be back for sure !
