Perfect for our needs

This little house was perfect for our needs as a younger family of 5. We had plenty of room for us all, and were able to stay nice and cool! It was conveniently located near the Rockport beach and within walking distance of a cute coffee shop. The house included several thoughtful additions, such as beach toys, chairs and small cooler for a beach trip.There were no flat sheets on two of the beds, so we did have to search for some. We would have appreciated an updated towel situation, specifically the hand towels and washcloths--mainly being just providing a few extras. The paper products (i.e. toilet paper/paper towels) and dishwashing materials were limited, as well. The ice maker in the fridge is unavailable, so maybe some trays would be good. And we attempted to use the grill, but it is rusty and the propane was out--however, we were able to successfully utilize the charcoal grill! But those are just nitpicky items! Maybe a physical list of housekeeping items available would be beneficial, as unfortunately, we forgot to check our VRBO messages and missed a few things before checking out (sorry!).Overall, our experience was quite pleasant and we would happily be back! Thank you!
