Home was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Host left little extras to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the VBRO home on Periwinkle in Venice. The kitchen included helpful extras, the three bedrooms were comfortable, and Joe Z ensured the house was warm on chilly nights. The fenced yard was private, well-lit, and came with a Weber grill. The location made it easy to reach parks, beaches, and shopping. Thanks, Joe Z.

Stunning looking property close to beaches and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Joe is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for comfortable stay.We highly recommend staying here if you want to be within 10 minutes drive to the beach and close proximity to shopping. This bungalow has been tastefully renovated and feels fresh and well maintained. Attention to detail is second to none. The host thought through all minor details for comfortable stay.

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend

Our family visited (4 adults/3 kids) Venice to see family and this VRBO was perfect for our stay. It was close to stores, the beach and a variety of activities. The home was immaculate and Joe the host made sure we had everything we needed. The home came well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking family breakfast/dinners, coffee/tea, and spices. There is a nice backyard grass area with patio and grill and the garage had bikes and beach chairs we could use. The space is laid out great that each family had their own side of the house with two rooms and a bathroom on one side and a master with bathroom on the other side. The house is very open and great for everyone to spend time together. Ultimately it was a great experience with a great host. Highly recommend for families.

Thank you so much to the host Joe. The house is done very well. Clean is not the word to use immaculate is more appropriate, inside and out. The back yard was where we spent most of our time. All amenities are new or in perfect working order.
