It is truly unfortunate that the Vrbo documents did not make it to you or they were difficult for you to locate. We haven’t ever had this issue before your stay so we thought everything was clear. We attempted to discount the remainder of your stay and eventually cancelled and refunded your entire stay. I have taken this situation and added further instructions to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Homey Feel

The condo is decorated to make visitors feel welcome. The coffee pods and snacks say "We're glad that you're here!"It's nicely laid out with conveniences such as a garbage disposal, washer/dryer and large screen TV. We really enjoyed the pool and the extra towels in the condo were helpful.

Anniversary

We visit the William Anderson Art Show for our anniversary. I am glad we chose this property. Close to everything, yet secluded and quite. Property was as advertised and very comfortable. I.will stay here again if we make it back to Biloxi
