Other things to note
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed ( max 100lbs combined) for $125 per stay. NO CATS, please. We kindly ask that your dog is well-trained and that you pick up after your dog. There is a dog door in the family room to a fenced-in DOG RUN. Please have your dog relieve itself in this area rather than in the landscaped yard.

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED – Violations may result in immediate termination of stay.
• NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.
• EXTERIOR CAMERA is for security & cleaning team monitoring only.
• PARKING: Max 2 cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.
