Inside, a wonderful open floor plan with modern decor and multiple gathering spots invite you to reconnect over cards, board games, puzzles, or drinks at night.
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $300 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $50–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
POOL Rules: -Absolutely NO PETS in pool (nails damage the pool liner and will be a very expensive damage fee to replace the entire liner) - No food or drink in the pool - NO persons under 21 years of age in the pool without minimum of 1 adult - No running or diving please (for your safety) - No swimming after 11pm - No non-registered guests, no exceptions (reminder: No party rule)
Pool Waiver: We set the pool waiver on the table (sign, take photo, and send to us), as well as some recommendations for great spots to consider downtown while you`re in the area.
HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. NO PARTIES are allowed in the house at anytime. All events must be Owner approved prior to arrival. If not notified, you will be held responsible for damages, additional cleaning, and you are at risk of immediate eviction of the residence anytime.
The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave.
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient.
This is a NO-SMOKING property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a minimum $350 fee if you smoke at the property.
QUIET HOURS: Please respect our quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $400 per repair.
TRASH Trash comes every week on Wednesday. Recycling pickup is every other week. Please bag all trash before placing in the bin. Please bring the bins to the edge of the road for pickup.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.
PET RULES All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS We would appreciate if you please help pick up the home after your stay. No checkout instructions are required as it is your vacation after all and we want you to enjoy your time and relax with us. If you do so kindly wish to help at check the following items would be very much appreciated:
--Scrap food scraps in trash and start cycle of any dirty dishes in the dishwasher --Bag and place all trash in outside trash bins --Place all used sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and blankets at the end of each bed and all wet towels in the bathroom tub for us to send to professional laundry service --Please turn off all lights and lock exterior doors upon exit

The house and separate apartment were perfect for our family and having a fenced in yard and pool was fantastic for the week. The property location was ideal for us - less than 5 minutes from Furman and Swamp Rabbit Trail access/parking, 10 minutes to downtown TR and Swamp Rabbit cafe/grocery, and 15 - 20 minutes to downtown Greenville. We highly recommend!

Clean house with all the amenities. We loved the fire pit and the pool. We were visiting Furman so the location was great. It seemed like the host thought of everything to make our stay convenient and enjoyable; from the coffee to even a pizza coupon in case we ordered delivery. I can’t think of anything that was missing. We’ll definitely stay again at our next opportunity.

A Gem in a Quiet Neighborhood Close to Downtown Greenville
We rented this for a group of friends and were delighted to find that it was even better than advertised. The number of bedrooms (and especially bathrooms) gave us a lot of flexibility and there are several areas for mingling, including comfortable Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. While it was still a bit cool for swimming, the pool was immaculately maintained and several of us did dangle our feet in after a long day. Unlike some houses, this one had plenty of everything: utensils, pots and pans, mugs and glasses. The coffee options were especially welcome. The host was available almost instantly y email or phone if we had any questions. We are hoping to come back to this house in the fall.Oh, and the white squirrels in the neighborhood were a bonus.
