The house and grounds are beautiful and very clean...jacuzzi heated up fast too, Kitchen and household supplies were well stocked so we didn't need to buy anything other than food. Two of us missed our flight and the management was extremely accommodating in allowing an early arrival for the other six in our party,. Definitely rates a 5 out of 5 on VRBO scale!

Absolutely Incredible StayThis place is truly out of this world! The house was even more beautiful and impressive in person than it was in the pictures. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.The check-in and check-out processes were completely seamless, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Kona.The property management team was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and accommodating, and they even worked with us to arrange a late checkout, which we really appreciated.We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this home to anyone visiting Kona. We can’t wait to come back!

Property is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the public spaces (living room, family room, eating area kitchen) are as well. In general a full luxury experience!There were a few minor problems with the toilet, range hood, and could use a little more silverware. but nits generally.

Clean, comfortable, great amenities, lovely home.Note to property manager: I suggest that the time activated lock on the door be set to allow access 15 minutes before check in time as the lock did not allow us access until 4:05 and I had to call. My family and I had an important event at 4:30 and wanted to check in and freshen up after a long flight before the event, but when we entered the home the temperature inside was 2 degrees hotter than outside (87 downstairs and 89 upstairs). If you can time lock the front door I suggest you set the air conditioner to cool the home before renters arrive. When we returned from our event 5 hours later the home had only cooled 9 degrees. I also suggest that you have someone give the home a last minute once over before guests arrive. I understand that the home is in the tropics but finding dead cockroaches at every entry door is not a good first impression, nor was finding one in the master bath floor, and the dead lizard on the bed of the secondary suite wasn't great either.All in all our stay was lovely but you never get a second chance for a good first impression.

One of the areas finest

This is a truly superb property and although it was just me and my partner, this house is large enough to accommodate a family of 8-10.The house was immaculate, the grounds were lush and beautiful, the patio and pool were perfect with plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and couches for all the comfort you could desire. The house is a tue stunner with lots of rooms, hallways and common areas to make it feel spacious and private. The location from Kona is only a 5 minute drive but the house is tucked away in a gated oasis that makes it feel private and secure. One of the finest luxury rentals we have stayed in!

The ceiling in the patio is falling down. Looks terrible. Hot tub wasn’t usable. Filthy , needs drained and cleaned properly. Broken sprinkler head parts laying in the garden space. For the money one would think there would not be issues like that.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Had we been informed about the hot tub during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure it was cleaned and usable. We also recently repaired the patio ceiling; however, it appears the recent torrential rains may have compromised that repair. We’ll be inspecting and fixing it right away. The broken sprinkler parts will also be cleared. We truly appreciate your feedback and will make sure these matters are resolved promptly.
