Flowering hedges, rock walls and wooden fencing surround your island home. Located on 3/4 acre lot in the gated community of Kahakai Estates with ocean views and gorgeous sunsets! Stone flooring in main living area and warm colors throughout the rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere. The large backyard features banana, papaya, lime and mango trees.

The large, salt-water pool provides a refreshing retreat from the warm Kona air. You will find ceiling fans throughout the home to keep things cool inside and because this home has solar panels for all electricity the owners are able to provide central air for supplementary cooling during your stay.

Come stay with us at Nakakui Elua and enjoy the convenient location, close to Kona for restaurants & shops and nearby the highway to head off to discover the other treasures of the Big Island!

This is a no smoking, no pets property. 5 night minimum,10 nights during Ironman and Christmas. Hawaii Tax ID: 009-678-6432-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
