Nice Place, Great Renter

Our overall experience was wonderful. The place is in a great location, on the beach, over looking the pool. Renter was available by phone contact. Great price and its hard to find a 2 bedroom with 4 beds (2) Queen, (2) Twin, and a pull out couch. For the money not sure you could beat it. Real nice guy.

Amazing beautiful place can't wait to return

We loved this place. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Very accommodating with me having a broken arm and 3 kids. Mike(owner) of unit was wonderful. Always able to reach and replied with help with any question or concern. Mini mart store in lobby was so convenient even had a salon downstairs to get hair/nails done. Ocean and views was immaculate. We can't wait to return to this slice if heaven. Thank you mike for everything.

We had an incredible time staying at this property. It’s so convenient and love that you’re steps away from an amazing pool and the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas provided to you at the beach which is great. I love how there is a large supply of towels at the property, both beach and bath, and we had more than enough when staying there for a week. There is a store in the building that sells great coffee also and a small little stand by the pool where they have food. The property itself was clean and felt very safe. Mike is amazing and checked up on us often. Thank you again!

Great location and exuisite views

The apartment is beautifully furnished and the views are breathtaking. The building has many great facilities and with access to the boardwalk. Mike is very helpful and accessible. We absolutely enjoyed every minute and can't wait to revisit again in the future

As beautiful as the pictures and more.

This is a beautiful property both inside and out. The unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds!!! The amenities are fabulous - gym, pool, chairs, beach with umbrellas and chairs all included. The staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner supplied all necessary information in a timely matter. He was easy to contact via text messages and always responded quickly to any questions I asked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the great weather and awesome scenery. I can now cross off my bucket list of waking up and looking out my window to a beautiful sunrise and the ocean. We definitely recommend taking this opportunity to stay in this condo.

Really lovely, spacious and well-appointed 2 BR/2BA condo with wonderful ocean views from both bedrooms and living/dining are. Beautiful sunrises, lots of light, great furnishings and comfy balcony. Everything you need for a great vacation. The photos do not do it justice!

PURE HEAVEN

I stayed here for a week this past August and it so was relaxing and beautiful that it made me want to move to Miami. The ocean view is serene and the beach is literally steps away. The property is well furnished and the interior design is incredible. Great location near tons of fantastic restaurants. I also worked out each morning in the gym which is well equipped and very clean. Looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect Spot

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The description and the pictures posted here are absolutely spot on. The view from the living room and the bedrooms is just breathtaking. The apartment is clean and well furnished. It is very close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions such as Ocean Drive, Linclon Ave, Joe's Stone Crab, .... Mike, the owner, is very accommodating and easily accessible. The building is very secure and safe and the staff are very very helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, yet relaxing stay in Miami Beach.

Great Rental

Everything listed is included and more. Great location, right on a beautiful beach and just a few miles from south beach and downtown miami. All appliance worked without problems, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony to enjoy the view from, very clean, all around great place. Renter was always available (even though we didn't have much to contact him about while away, no problems). Whole building including pool area was clean and beautiful as well. Cab ride to south beach was only 12 dollars. If you are looking to be in that area everyday it could get expensive, however, it was nice to have a break from the busy beach/tourists and be able to stay at another beach somedays. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be contacting this renter again for future visits.

Vacation

We just returned from a seven night stay at this property where we had a wonderful time. The view from the 10th story outside deck is spectacular, a perfect place for breakfast or later afternoon relaxing. The pool and beach areas were a hit with our group as well: clean and well tended, and we always felt safe on the property and in the neighborhood. The unit was uncluttered and meticulously clean, as well as supplied with every amenity we needed. You will find sleeker, more modern furniture than in the current photos, as it has all been upgraded recently. It was a great place to escape the cold weather of the northern U.S.!
