Outstanding experience. Stacy was very communicative and helpful. Property is an older home that has been nicely redone, very clean and close to everything. Only advice I have is that if you are over 6 feet tall, try to get the upper half of the house. The lower is nice but old house with low ceilings and thresholds - I bumped my head a few times when I forgot to duck.

Great location for our Football &Tailgate weekend to cheer on our grandson who played football at a home game for the Northern Colorado Bears. Had 6 adult family members stay overnight at this two-unit bungalow, and all the amenities needed for after-game tailgate chili and brats celebration with the grandson & fiancée. Then we all were able to gather in the family room on the comfy sectional and chairs to watch the World Series game #7 together.

Older property but nice inside. Two apartments and we rented both. Enter the lower apartment using outside steps to a below ground door with an inconvenient overhang. Low ceiling and watch your head going into the kitchen! Upstairs apartment is nice and more conventional. Hot water heater in upper apartment failed but didn't discover until last day so used downstairs shower only. Kitchen is very minimally stocked. We didn't cook there at all so not an issue. It is across the street from UNC campus. Beds comfortable and neighborhood was quiet after about 9pm. Outside looks better in photos but inside is as advertised with the above limitations as noted above. AC worked well.
