Beautiful house with lots of character and everything we needed for a stopover in the area. It was very comfortable and the on street angled parking was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property.
The house was very nice, the weather was cold, but the house was nice and warm.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
House was very clean. Host was quite friendly and responsive to a couple early hiccups. Beds are all narrow doubles and all are shoved against a wall. Suitable for only a single occupant. Living area furniture is very old and uncomfortable for sitting any length of time. Good location.
Very clean and is as described. Great location! Host communication was GREAT and responded very quickly to concerns. I messaged the host to ask if there was a Crock Pot, she said no but would have one there! How wonderful is that!? It is an historic home. so expects creaks. The bathroom on the main floor door knob kept coming out of the door. Host said she would send someone out but we were only there for 3 nights 9 (another quick response). It was something we could deal with. Just an FYI: the bedroom off of the kitchen, the rug had a rolled edge, so if you are using a walker or have balance issues you may not want to stay in that room. Lovely VRBO and would defiantly stay here again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as a tree fell and caused an unforeseen accident dropping power lines but the host was very commutative and accommodating cancelling the booking and refunding with no hassles.
Terrific location if visiting UNC or Greeley in general. Charming stylish home with terrific floorplan for family. Very accomodating and friendly host.
This is the second time I stayed at this beautiful Victorian style house! My mom, my aunt and I love this place. It’s so cozy! Also close to so many places to eat. We like to thrift and antique in the area. Also enjoyed the Greeley history museum that’s close by. It’s very clean and has a nice kitchen. The host Kimberly is quick to text me back and answer questions! We will be back next year!!
We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.
Clean and wonderfully decorate with older furniture to match the home. Walking distance to coffe shop and a Mexican shop that had excellent burritos. Wish we had been staying longer than one night.
We enjoyed our stay in Greeley! The house was comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to several good places to eat. It is a reasonable driving distance to many attractions.
Spacious historical property in a great location. Plenty of parking outside and easy check in. Lovely comfortable beds, great backyard and excellent washer/dryer in the basement. The only thing was there wasnt really space for our family of 4 to relax in the lounge but otherwise a great property.
Quirky but cute - as most homes of this era, the house has a lot of character, but it suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the shady backyard deck, and having Margie's Java Joint a short walk away.
Beautiful old home complete with antique furniture and dish ware yet all the modern conveniences. Nice quiet getaway in a quiet part of town. Super cute front porch. Nice for a cup of coffee in the morning.
We immediately were pleased with the neighborhood, parking and appearance of the house. The updated interior (bathrooms and kitchen) complemented the rest of the rooms of w19th century house. We were very comfortable and felt at home.
We traveled to Greeley to get together with friends we hadn't seen in 35+ years. This home provided the perfect space (both inside and out) to gather, laugh, share stories, and get to know each other again after all these years. Thank you!
