Looking to spoil yourself and make lifetime memories? Look no further. Villas on the Gulf N6 is situated directly above the dunes of Pensacola Beach, there isn't a closer unit to the sand to be found. Having lived in the area for decades, we knew the minute we had the rare opportunity to have this premier unit as our own, we couldn't pass it up. Hopefully, you will come experience why we love this amazing beach property so much.

The unit has been remodeled with no expense spared. From the plush living room furniture, to the beautiful artwork and one a kind pieces, the attention to detail make this a place like no other. Pour yourself a drink, relax on the balcony, and unwind to the rhythm of the waves. Watch the people coming and going, visiting the beach that is your home for the length of your stay. Send a selfie using our high speed wifi from the comfort of the balcony with the sugar white sand and crashing surf as your background. Maybe just stretch out on the sectional and watch a little TV. However you enjoy to spend your vacation, Villas on the Gulf N6 is the ultimate place to make every moment of it better.

When the beach is a bit to much, as if that ever happens, spend a little time relaxing by the community pool or feeding the resident ducks in the canal in the complex.

When it's time to gear down for the night, there is a comfy king bed in the master suite and a queen bed and daybed in the guest suite that allow you to sink into a blissful rest after your long day of enjoying the sand and waves just outside your door.

First time to Pensacola but have stayed in many condos on the beach. This was by far the best! Close proximity to gorgeous beach and beautiful views from living area and porch. We loved that is not a high rise, only 3 floors. The condo itself was a little older but newly redone and very cute. New kitchen including appliances, comfortable and clean furnishings, and well-stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. It’s located across the street from The Local deli and market and right on the Pensacola Beach Bike Trail. We will definitely stay here again!

Gulf perfection

Just as described. All furniture and beds are comfortable, great views. A lot of people mentioned getting groceries prior, but traffic wasn’t bad and it didn’t take too long to get to grocery stores. Stove top wouldn’t turn on, they got someone out the next day to fix. Would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

Nice Updated Condo right on the beach.

Perfect place for a beach getaway. The condo was exceptionally updated. Had everything we needed. I will say there are a lot of steps however we were aware of same when we booked our reservation. Would recommend 100%!

Relaxation at its finest!

Beautiful property and quiet location! Beach is perfection and not too crowded. Amazing experience watching the Blue Angels Air Show at the beach and on the balcony. Host was very easy to work with. The ONLY downside is the 2 flights of stairs if you have someone who has trouble with that. Would most certainly stay again!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable (we didn’t have anyone staying in the second bedroom). Kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and an umbrella to make your beach time more comfortable. The best thing is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! Couldn’t be better. Be prepared for stairs- as there is no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Loved the location- not right in the middle of all the business, but close enough!

As close to the water as you can get!

This condo was wonderful and close to the beach. The only complaint anyone had was the stairs but the view from the balcony made it worth the climb.

First Beach Trip of the season

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. Great space and well equipped kitchen. The closest full-service grocery store is a bit of a drive (especially if there is beach traffic heading back) so arrive prepared. Be sure to pack beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, extra coffee, etc.

Absolutely perfect. Will be back!

This was the perfect location. Only a couple minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping; so easy to get to, but a little bit away from crowds. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. You cannot be this view. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available to take to the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb, but that was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, TV and all the rooms, and all around just a great place to stay. I can’t wait to book it again when we come back!
