About this property

Beautiful unit with 6th floor views! Beach chairs and umbrella service included!

*Included with this rental is two large wooden beach chairs and one umbrella. This service is seasonal from March 1 through October 31, so not during the winter months. *

This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom non-smoking Gulf-Front condo located on the 6th floor of a 17-story luxury high rise condominium. The property sits on multiple acres with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, so no road to cross to get to the beach. Simply walk out the back door to the pool area and you are steps away from the sun, sand, water & fun! Emerald Isle is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. It is also home to the Blue Angles. You will have a front row seat from your balcony as they fly eye level to you during their July show!

In 2018, the unit underwent a remodel: kitchen, new flooring, & new paint. All basic brand new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee pot maker, and washer/dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with new plush mattresses and 4 inch pillow toppers added for extra comfort! The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a king size bed if desired. The living room couches were replaced in February 2026. There is a full-size sleeper sofa and and a love seat that reclines. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room has a 65-inch wall mounted Smart TV. Master bedroom and living room area have a beautiful view of the Gulf through top to bottom sliding glass doors and balcony access.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators, rolling luggage carts, and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only. Free WiFi is also included.

We have several favorite places we enjoy visiting in the area and welcome the opportunity to share these with you. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your stay in our condo!

This is a well appointed beautiful property with a gorgeous beach view from 6 floors up. It was peaceful and quiet so resting in the evening was easy. Communications with the host were very prompt and pleasant. Provision of the beach umbrella and beach chairs was a nice perk. We were there just as school was starting in August so the beach was never crowded, nor were the restaurants. My wife and I had a very relaxing week and will return next year as our schedule permits.

Absolutely wonderful condo with the perfect location! Gorgeous views of the gulf! The beds were amazing and Natalie was so easy to work with! Would highly recommend for adults and kids!

While I would like to hide this property for my own benefit, I have to say that dealing with Michael and Natalie was flawless. They are extremely responsive and accommodating. Their home was everything we were promised. This was not my first time staying on property and their condo was perfect for our needs. It was well furnished and inviting for my daughter and I.I highly suggest you you give this property a shot, just dont do it when I want it. I look forward to future stays at 606!

The condo was perfect. There was a little of learning when it came to the code to get in the gate and in the building. But once that was figured out we had the best time. Condo is clean and right on the beach. The umbrella and beach chair rental was included which was a huge perk. We will stay here again and have already told people about how great of a condo. Clean, close to everything and great beach/sunrise/sunset views.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Was very comfortable for our stay. The beach was stunning and the view from condo was beautiful. Great information was provided by the host on local restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. One elevator was out of service during our stay but is nothing the host can control. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again!

The condo was beautiful! It was equipped with all of the kitchen appliances and utilities that we needed. We appreciated that it had toilet paper, paper towels and soaps. A perfect location for walking to all of the restaurants. The condo complex was great too. It had 2 pools. One heated and one that isn’t heated. There’s a hot tub too. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Thank you for considering our condo for your vacation. Michael and I live near Athens, Georgia but have close friends who live in Pensacola. That being said, we visit Pensacola frequently. It has easily become one of our favorite places to vacation with Emerald Isle being one of the best condos in the area!
