The neighborhood is divided into two main areas:

Enjoy the upstairs loft with a couch and mega bean bag—play games or just hang out for movie night. Gather together in our living room to watch one of your favorite movie channels on our flat-screen smart TV with a sound system equipped with Roku while lounging on our leather sofas.
We’re excited to host you! Just a quick heads-up about winter travel in Pagosa Springs. Winter weather can change quickly in the mountains, and roads may be snowy or icy — especially early mornings, evenings, and during storms.
If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend AWD/4WD or good winter tires, particularly if you’ll be driving Highway 160 or traveling over Wolf Creek Pass. Please allow extra travel time and check road conditions before you head out.

The house was WONDERFUL!! It was amazing for our family, the in-laws and grandma to hang out, relax and enjoy Colorado! We were able to enjoy all the amenities (bbq grill, hot tub, amazing back porch, and stream to fly fish) of the house with the whole family! The fishing was amazing at the stream located in the area and was peaceful, quiet and serene, and provided excellent trout! The house was super clean and the owners were easily accessible to contact and had great suggestions of activities to do around the area!
