The Manor is located on Eastern Pkwy in the heart of Highlands neighborhood of Louisville. It is great for hosting groups of friends or your bachelor/ette trip . It has 6 bedrooms plus a bonus bedroom next to the master. The house has 4 1/2 baths.. There is a "parlor" for relaxing and having a cocktail. The house features a formal dining room as well as a finished basement. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine, iron, and WiFi. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember.

The house is centrally located within 4 miles of Churchill Downs, Louisville's downtown, The Urban Bourbon Tour, University Louisville, and several independent breweries.
