This home is a new remodel and is beautiful, a rose among the thorns. It’s very tastefully decorated with lots of room. The kitchen has everything you need including coffee, sugar, creamer and snacks. The bathrooms have nice toilet paper and not the cheap stuff. The 60 yeayolds enjoyed playing Pac-Man.We we’re here at Christmas and appreciated the wreath on the door and a bit of Christmas on the inside that let you know it was Christmas time. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to downtown and all the things to do. We did the river, The Pearl, Hemisphere park, Guenther House. We enjoyed our time here.

Claudia was the best at communicating and was so helpful greateat experience ever had i will definitely be booking again for my San Antonio awesome place to relax and enjoy
We stayed here with our 4 young boys. The house was nice. Decor was updated and pleasant. The ceilings were high, which made it feel extra spacious. The kitchen was large and pretty well equipped. The coffee bar was nicely stocked and there were some snacks for the kids. The table was big and had enough room for all of us. The bathrooms were nice with modern decor. The rooms were spacious with nice closets. The owner was very friendly/communication was good. We had groceries delivered to the house that arrived before us, and the owner put them inside the house. The game room was nice, but very noisy right next to the living room.A few things - the shower runs out of hot water quickly. Two showers and it was done. The furniture is not very comfortable. The couch in the living room is narrow and hard. The accent chairs are also super small and uncomfortable. There is only one TV in the whole house, in the living room, so to watch a movie, we brought out all the pillows from the bedrooms and put them on the floor. It worked, but it wasn't ideal. The back yard is basically dirt. Fine for dogs, but not ideal for kids. The kitchen also only had 3 bowls for some reason. Not a big deal, but we had to purchase paper bowls to use. We thought we were closer to the Riverwalk when we booked it. It's a short drive but parking is an issue. It would take about 30 minutes to walk, and it's not a very scenic walk. Overall, the house worked well for us, and we enjoyed our stay.

Hi Katie,
We are sorry that your experience wasn’t as pleasant, we will look into the hot water situation since we have a big water heater and it’s the first time someone complains about that. Unfortunately the grass in texas grows back during spring season, we have very cold and dry days but it will be green back soon.
The couch in the living room it’s a sofa bed that allow us to have more room in the living area.
Sometimes the guests also move around the house kitchen utensils, pillows and in general all the stuff around the house and not put them back.
Spring break is a season with a lot of things happening in the riverwalk but there are plenty parking lots available for the tourists, unfortunately as every downtown area they charge a daily fee.
Thank you for your feedback we will work to improve every guest experience.
