You couldn't ask for a better place to make memories with family/friends with the game room in the garage, the open space in the house, or enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Enjoy breakfast on the deck before walking to the beach, downtown, or through the Monastery!

The owners have spent many happy memories in the Kennebunks as children with their parents and fell in love with this treasure in the heart of Kennebunk steps from Gooch's beach and Dock Square! This is a wonderful place to visit and many happy memories can be made here that will last a lifetime!

What makes this property unique

The proximity to Gooch's Beach goes without saying but the added bonuses of the garage being turned into a game room with a wall mounted tv and a bar, the 6 cruiser bikes for guests to enjoy, the patio behind the house. There isn't anything that these owners haven't thought of to make your stay a memorable one!
