What a lovely home. Truly provided the home base for the most enjoyable vacation ever. The location is close to everything yet quiet and secluded. The accommodations are first rate and the outdoor space is an added bonus. The owner was super responsive if we needed anything. The home was also very clean and comfortable for our dog, who also enjoyed his vacation;)

Location was perfect! You could so easily walk to town and the street was nice and quiet. Having a beach pass was also clutch! And they had all the goods for a beach day. We had some trouble with the WiFi and TV but otherwise it was perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay, the cottage is close to the village and within a short walk of the beach. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the WiFi which is currently poor.

Perfect Stay

My fiancée and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years in this wonderful cabin and had a perfect time. Very cozy space and so close to all the best restaurants Kennebunk has to offer.

I am a Maine native who was raised here in the Kennebunk area, where my husband and I raised our family. We appreciate the beauty of this small coastal town, and all continue to live here.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique property that was originally 2 fishing houses combined together, where a family owned lobster boat would arrive at high tide to deliver their daily catch. Although this property is fully renovated, one wall was left standing in the primary bedroom, which accentuates the history and charm of the cottage.
