Welcome to this beautiful, peaceful, vacation home! Direct access to the best beach in the metro area from the back gate, the complex boasts a fantastic pool, back courtyard, basketball and tennis courts (under repair), and is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, and all sorts of fun tourist activities!

The apartment is new, fully renovated, & packed with the amenities you need for a fantastic vacation. Just pack your toothbrush, a bathing suit, and come right down!
The space
This is a one bedroom, tastefully updated apartment with a full kitchen, a queen size sofa, bed in the living room, a beautifully done kitchen and bathroom, and an amazing view from the balcony so you can gaze at the ocean while drinking your morning, coffee or your afternoon cocktail in a highly desirable building on the best beach in the metro area of Puerto Rico!

The apartment is 5 minutes from the airport and boasts easy access to virtually all of the amazing tourist spots in PR! On the beach right behind the building you will find: Safe swimming water, umbrella and beach chair rentals, Jet Ski rentals, Banana boat rentals, Parasailing, great food and drinks right on the beach, and lots of fun people-watching!

The building has a gym with exercise equipment, cardio equipment, and weights. It is available for guests to use for $50 per guest per stay for stays up to one month; $50 a month for longer stays.

Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartment’s cancellation policy is strict. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!

You will be about 15 minutes from Old San Juan and all the important historical sites, bars, restaurants, stores, and people-watching; 10 minutes from Condado/Santurce with its array of restaurants, shops, museums, bars, lounges, art galleries, and the amazing Placita del Mercado; 15 minutes from two of the best malls in the Caribbean- Plaza Las Americas and Mall of San Juan, 10 minutes from Piñones, 30 minutes from El Yunque, 45 minutes from the amazing Luquillo beach and food kiosks, and about 1 hour from Fajardo, where you can take great day cruises for snorkeling, scuba diving, or just beaching and partying!
