Entitled and Destructive. These people asked for different: dish soap, hand soap, body wash, Clorox wipes, Kitchen knives, new faucet, new coffee pot, new toaster oven. I thought the items were out. They were all there just wanted different brands. The smoke alarm has never gone off in 20 years. Now it is going off because of a shower. I think not. I sent over a new coffee pot, toiletries and a light bulb. At the end of their stay they said there was water leaking, I got my Contractor over there right away. Pipe under kitchen sink had been disconnected you have to unscrew it for it to be disconnected. The leak in the bathroom was from them not showering with the shower curtain in the tub and letting the water run long enough to set off a fire alarm and flood the house from misuse and abuse. These people thought it was a concierge service and got mad and destructive if I didn't jump to their every need. After they left there was broken glass everywhere in the house and on the deck. The dishwasher had a children's toy in it, a bunch of plastic and broken glass. The food that was there were staples that most people are grateful have. They left the house in a mess with broken glass everywhere inside and out. They were there and did not see the Northern Lights that were out at least 6 of the nights they were there because they were tired and didn't look. Too Funny. Ive ran this business for over 15 years and most people are thrilled with the Gorgeous Log House built in 1967 and mostly the location to see the wildlife and Northern Lights.
