Great house for a group vacationing together. The layout works well for multiple people, and the location is fantastic — beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. The game selection and vinyl record collection were a nice bonus, especially on a rainy day when we wanted an indoor diversion.That said, if you're particular about cleanliness, this house may disappoint. The bathrooms in particular felt worn and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The house overall could use a fresh coat of paint and better prep between guests — most VRBO hosts clear out personal belongings before check-in, but we found rooms with the owner's clothing still lying around and had to tidy up ourselves before we could settle in.Overall: great location and layout, but the host needs to tighten up cleaning and turnover standards.
