### The Space

The first floor features a bright, open-plan living area where you can gather after a day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy in the adjacent dining area. The living room includes a Smart TV for your entertainment. Also on this level is a convenient king bedroom suite with its own bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the spacious master suite with a king bed, offering a private escape. Another queen bedroom provides a comfortable stay, while the kids will be enchanted by the magical Harry Potter-themed room with two twin beds. A shared bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the second floor.

Step outside to your own private patio, a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.
* A barbecue grill can be rented for an additional fee of $65 per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in date.
