This place goes above and beyond expectation! It is beautiful, pristine, full of all amenities to make our stay just perfect! A charming little house next to a sweet brook, close to historic Fredericksburg (a very short drive) but so private. Also, its easy walking proximity to a sweet walking/running trail made my husband very happy. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here and we will definitely return! THANK YOU to our thoughtful hosts!

This had to be the nicest VRBO we have ever booked. Everything was perfect. The porch was awesome! We loved listening to the water. We actually followed Falls Creek to it's starting point. We learned Falls Creek had many flour mills it was running. The history is amazing around this area. We also had a night of rain and we sat on the porch and listened to the creek get louder! It was a perfect weekend and we would LOVE to come back!

Cozy cottage

Looked newly remodeled with new appliances. Nice, quiet neighborhood other than some noise of motorcycles on the nearby highway. Plenty of towels and a nice bowl of snack items on the counter! Easy access to downtown Fredericksburg or I95 to DC. Fredericksburg also has a train to DC that we took one day. Train took a little longer than driving, but no driving stress. Would definitely book this place again if we return to the area.
