The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.

This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with one twin bed, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.  
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

The view from inside was spectacular...sunrises, dolphins, and other wildlife. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook in the room and relax watching TV and reading. There a lots of shopping opportunities nearby and several restaurants.

I loved this place. We will be looking at returning there sometime again. Clean, comfortable, quiet And an amazing view. So close to amazing beach shops and restaurants. It was 5 stars and we loved every moment we had there.

Great location on the beach front with covered parking. If you have toddler aged kids just remember nothing is child proofed and floor is slick (recommended socks with grip). This location made it quick to get to and from the beach and local spots, especially with the unpredictability of rain at times.

All you Need in a WB Stay!

The owner definitely cares about this place. The updated amenities were definitely appreciated. I work as a Facilities Manger, and would recommend do diligence in the dryer lint trap cleaning. Also, the patio door rollers are in need of replacement so that they slide and lock accordingly. I kow that keeping up with theses items is difficult to say the least due to the environment and usage. I will close by saying "WE HAD A GREAT TIME!" THANKS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo location was perfect. Easy access to beach and pool. Located on the 3rd floor, unobstructed view of the water. Condo was perfect for a couple. Clean and has everything you need. The only thing that would have made this trip better - if they had a few Kurig coffee cups in the unit for the coffee maker and a couple beach chairs. The only negative, would be the cars coming down the street hoping to park and then having to turn around. Not a big deal to us, we enjoyed the people watching. Would definitely come back.

Great condo, nice proximity to beach, not a good fit location wise for our family

Spotless condo, very comfortable beds/couch. Great view and easy beach access w lifeguard at entry during the day, pool was great and we were inly ones in it during our stay. The public beach access at night beside the condo was too noisy for my family that goes to bed by 10pm, but that might be a great fit for others that stay up later. The sink in bathroom didn’t drain from first use and the right side of kitchen sink was slow too. I’m sure it would have been taken care of if we called about it but we were there for such a short time we didnt want someone coming in during our stay.
