Sunday River Brookside condos on mountain ski in/out off the Road Runner trail, 1-bedroom condo, sleeps six with (1) queen bed and bunk beds located on a quiet first floor level.

On the second floor level there is a full service kitchen with roll out bar and three steps up from the kitchen is the living room with a full size pull out sofa, 48” SmartTV with cable, Wi-Fi, fire place, and a balcony over looking a private wood area. The entrance to the unit has a full bathroom with a separate sink out side the bathroom.

There is access to the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, Looker rooms, Ski Lockers, Common room with fireplace, Laundry room and slop side parking. This condo is within walk distance of the tubing park, White Cap Base lodge, Southridge Base Lodge, The Phoenix House, the Shipyard brewpub, South ridge Base lodge and is on the shuttle route.

Great location for skiing at Sunday River with a very nice pool to use as a bonus. The property is right next to Roadrunner so it really is ski out and ski in. The outdoor pool is a great temperature and wasn't busy even over a holiday weekend. Typical layout within the condo that was comfortable for our family of 4. Lots of parking space.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to the White Cap ski lift and centrally located to the restaurants and Southridge. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that the pool was closed for the last 3 days of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Shawn's ski on/ski off. The condo fit all of our needs and was a short trek to RoadRunner with easy access to White Cap. Shawn's communication was great. We would certainly stay again.

We loved the access to the mountain and ski in/ski out of White Cap. The property has a ski locker for ease. There is a pool and fun area for kids and adults to congregate. The unit itself is just what you need. No frills but great access to restaurants and SR resort amenities.

Awesome condo

Brookside is a fabulous ski-in/ski-out location, and this condo is particularly excellent if you like to cook your own food. The knives are sharp, there are good pots and pans (and a crockpot, which we used a lot), in addition to the usual expected dishes. The table setup is also good for both cooking and eating. We had a great visit, and will be back again!

Great place to stay right on the mountain. Very easy access to the white cap lift and plenty of space for all your gear in the lockers. If you're looking for a ski in/out rental this is the one you should get!

Always a good time at Sunday River. Well equipped kitchen, lots of space for Brookside, clear instructions for parking, keys, etc. Ski in, ski out with an outdoor hot tub, can't be beat.
