Located just three houses from the Poudre River Trail, this home offers easy access to scenic walks, biking, and nature exploration. Golf enthusiasts will love the Greeley Boomerang public golf course, bordering the subdivision to the south. A short stroll along the trail leads to the Poudre River Learning Center, offering interactive exhibits and wildlife viewing.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Corner lot with a private covered patio, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor TV, and ample seating for guests. There is also a mini basketball court and multiple cruiser bikes available for your use!

INDOOR LIVING: Media room with a 120” screen and a high-def projector, 65” ULED with surround sound in living room, dining table, board games, ceiling fans, two indoor fireplaces, laptop-friendly workspace, two monitors, and multiple living areas.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, breakfast bar with seating for 4, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener.

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, the main floor is half bath only. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Three car garage and driveway parking, additional street parking.

The stay was good! We enjoyed our family time and the house was large enough for us to spread out. We did find previous renters' food wrappers in the house, While the house was big and pretty, I think it was over priced.

Great for family gathering

The property is very well kept and in a fantastic neighborhood. The sauna and basketball court were used everyday by our family. Within a five minute drive of Boomerang Golf Course. Host was very communicative and prompt to answer any questions.

This was the perfect place for my immediate family to stay when we attended a wedding. The accomodations were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub in the master bathroom is enormous! It was such a nice surprise in addition to what was already such a beautiful home.There was plenty of space throughout the home for the seven of us to gather and catch up while not being on top of each other. We especially loved having coffee on the back patio each morning! We could not recommend this enough!

I could almost say 4.5 stars, but excellent is not something I am willing to rate this stay. The surface cleanliness was acceptable, but dust was visible on many surfaces including window sills, shelving on and under furniture and electronics. Also, the sauna was one of the big highlights to this property and it would not turn on. When I reached out to help resolve this issue, rather than a solution, I was offered a small credit to stay with this management company again. Overall the property was spacious and beautiful providing most of the things we needed. I was told use of the pac n play would cost an extra 30 and it was stored in an upstairs room but would have to pay to use it. This seemed a little silly as well. We ran out of paper towels and garbage bags, and with the strict requirements for checkout, cleaning supplies would’ve been helpful. Overall still a wonderful stay.
