Enjoy a calm and relaxing stay at this bright and spacious 2,100 sq.ft home located in a safe neighborhood. With 2 living spaces and 2 kitchens, this home is perfect for 2 families traveling with children or a large group visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. There is plenty of off street parking for the whole group. We welcome you to stay in this gem on Turquoise street and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer!

The main level has 3 bed/2 bath. Your master has a king bed and en suite bath. Bedroom 2 has an extremely comfortable queen bed and bedroom 3 has full/twin bunk beds which is great for children! There is a full kitchen, living space and dining that seats 8+.
The lower level contains a small kitchen, lounging and dining for 2. Bedroom 4 has an another high quality king bed and a large en suite bath as well as a walk-in closet. Bedroom 5 is set up with a queen bed perfect for those who like a softer mattress. The large Samsung washer and dryer are capable of taking care of the whole crew while you're here.
We want every guest to get an amazing night's sleep so you will find high quality mattresses and bedding throughout the home!

There is plenty of outdoor space for grilling, dining or relaxing in the shade of the aspens. Coffee under the pergola in the east facing backyard at sunrise in the refreshing CO air is the best start to the day if you ask us:)

The home is located 5 minutes from I 25 and you have a Super Walmart nearby for supplies. It is 45 min to RMNP, 20 min to Fort Collins, 35 min to Boulder and 1 hr to Denver. Many delicious restaurants can be reached within 10 min. There are endless things to do within a short drive!!

We will get you started with all of the basics-coffee, dish & laundry soap, etc. If you are planning an extended stay you will need to provide any additional supplies needed.

THIS ENTIRE PREMISE IS A COMPLETELY SMOKE FREE PROPERTY-INCLUDING THE PARKING LOT EVEN WHILE IN A VEHICLE. NO LOUD HOUSE PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED.

NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood so no partying allowed. $250 charge PER DAY for violation in addition to possible cancellation w/ NO REFUND.

NO ANIMALS. Pets NOT permitted under any circumstance. We live here part-time and have extreme allergies as well as a baby. $200 fee for violation.
