Mike was excellent in communications, the property was in a great location. We could walk to Vanderbilt and a great strip of shops and restaurants. The place had a ton of space for our group of 9, but be prepared as there are three sets of stairs! Would absolutely recommend.

This was a great place for our crew. The location was perfect -- wonderful safe neighborhood close to Vandy and Belmont. We had a group on nine, including three generations, and it worked really well. The hosts were great! Very easy to communicate with and responsive. The house was very clean and inviting and parking was really easy.

Awesome rental!!

We loved this property! Communication with owner was great from the time we booked. Rental is well stocked with everything you need, clean, and spacious for 8 teens/adults. Walking distance (or very short drive) to great shops & restaurants. We were in town for a baseball tournament & enjoyed just hanging in the (well air-conditioned!!) house between games. Great experience!

We’re the Kroegers, Nashville locals who absolutely love calling this city home. As a family, we understand the importance of a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, whether you’re here for a vacation, a special event, or just to relax. We take pride in making sure you have everything you need for a memorable stay, and we’re always happy to share our favorite local spots. We can’t wait to host you and your group in Music City!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We currently reside in this neighborhood and have lived within a mile of Hillsboro Village for over a decade. We know all the ins and outs of what this neighborhood has to offer and truly believe it to be the gem of Nashville. Local, intimate, walkable, yet only a short 2.5 mile drive to lower Broadway where the world's most notable Honky Tonks exist. So much to offer for any type of guest and group.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is very new, luxurious, accommodating to large groups and just one block away from all the shops and restaurants in Hillsboro Village. It's a breath of fresh air away from the busyness of lower Broadway that allows you to recharge and relax before jumping back in to all that Nashville has to offer downtown and beyond.
