The Truman House is a detached, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in The Gulch South neighborhood that sleeps up to 12 guests.

The bottom floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room, screened-in porch, and half bathroom.

The top floor features a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and gaming consoles, and four thoughtfully curated bedrooms: the "Traverse" is the master bedroom with two Full beds and a large Full bathroom. The "Westlake" and "Berkshire" bedrooms each have a Queen bed, while the "Orion" bedroom has two Full beds. A full-size bathroom splits the Orion and Berkshire bedrooms.

There is free parking in the driveway with additional free street parking available. The neighborhood is very walker and scooter friendly and it is extremely easy to access Nashville's local attractions. Walk or scooter to The Gulch or take a short Uber/Lyft to Downtown, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, and more! Only 1.5 miles from the heart of Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

This property was great! Mallory was super attentive with timely communication. The location is ideal, right in the city close to the highway and just a quick Uber ride away from Broadway. The neighborhood is swanky and very safe feeling. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home for Friends & Family

The house was perfect for our group, which included 3 families and our college aged kids! The host/hostess think of everything…lots of linens, snacks, soft blankets, etc! The decorations were adorable and the whole house was so comfy! Great location…safe neighborhood and a quick walk to the Gulch or an $8 Uber to Broadway! The communication with Mallory was AMAZING!
