"Boswell Beach" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront home located on the East end of beautiful Panama City Beach. This home features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (+ a half bath) and sleeps 18 guests. Sit and relax on the beautiful decks this home has to offer and watch the waves roll in or take a dip in the private beachfront pool!

Walk into a light filled beachfront home with bright colors, and an open floor plan. The first floor welcomes you with the first living room area featuring game table, couch and flat screen TV. Down the hall a bit is a refrigerator/kitchenette area and half bath. The back door leads to the outdoor beachside pool deck and outdoor grilling area.

As you enter the second floor, you are greeted with an open area kitchen/living room/dining room so everyone can spend time together. Enjoy that cup of coffee or glass of wine and sit on the balcony and take in the gulf views or take the stairs that lead directly to the pool deck area and enjoy a dip in the pool. Relax on the couches and comfy chairs and watch TV or have a visit with family and friends. The dining table sits 6-7 plus additional seating at the counter. Down the hall is another half bath. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite that has a tub/shower combination. Just across the hall is a king bedroom with a private en-suite featuring a walk-in shower.

The top floor features a twin over twin bunk nook that sits next to the common area. To the right of the stairs is the full washer/dryer. Walk a little further and come into a second queen over king bunk bed with private en-suite featuring a tub/shower combination. Another bedroom across the hall is a king bedroom also with a private en-suite featuring a walk-in shower. Saving the best for last is the 2 king bedrooms, each with their own private en-suites and shared furnished balcony with gulf views. Each bedroom throughout the home has a flat screen TV.

A 7-night minimum stay is required during the following peak season dates:

Summer 2027: May 29, 2027 – July 31, 2027 (Saturday to Saturday stays)

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! The pool heating system can warm the water up to approximately 85 degrees. This feature must be activated by our team, so please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

You have direct access to the beach with a private walkway!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

This house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the heated pool! They would swim all day! They also loved the lights in the pool at night. A pool cleaner actually came during our stay and cleaned the pool, that was nice! Overall it was an amazing house! Very spacious, nice views, clean, well maintained! Management was great about reminders especially texting the night before to let us know trash needs put out in the morning! We couldn’t have had a better vacation rental! Overall 5 stars on everything would be an under rating! We had the best time!
