We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose. Simply download the august home app and your key will be visible once your booking begins. When you arrive you may park in the large driveway or spacious garage.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home.
Any smoking evidence will result in an additional fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Before booking with us, please review our standard house rules.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking or vaping allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is permitted.
• This is a pet friendly home, however, we require a $100 per pet fee per every 30 days of your reservation.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3 pm and 11 am, repectively.
• As a concierge service and if available, we allow an early check-in for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Also if available, we offer a late check out service for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we have the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest, per day of the reservation.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages to the home.
