This perfectly located home in Burlingame sits at the end of a cul du sac in a friendly neighborhood that still values community. It's backyard has a firepit and a gate accessing a beautiful tree park with amenities including recreation center enrichment, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, bbq's, dog and sports fields. Walk a few hundred yards through the park and you're downtown with an array of shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The house has four bedrooms, three and a half baths with new hardwood floors and a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. The view of the park from the two bedrooms upstairs is stunning. The large living room is centered around a real fireplace with a dining area. The kitchen has a family living area with a flatscreen for lounging.Upstaris has a beautiful view of the tree park.
