Step inside to discover an open-concept layout perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beach, which is just a short 4 min drive away. Sip your morning coffee on the screened in porch, explore the pristine coastline, hike in False Cape State Park, and keep an eye out for the famous wild horses that roam freely in the area. Book your stay today and discover the serenity of Carova Beach, NC.

Other details:

A 4WD vehicle required to access this property. Deflate tires to 18-20 PSI at the mandatory air down area in Corolla just before the pavement ends. Try to time the drive for two hours either side of low tide.

We furnish 2 beach parking passes. A replacement fee of $250 will be charged if the passes are lost taken.

Although the water in our home is safe for drinking, the color, taste and odor may vary. All water on the North Beaches is well water. We strongly suggest that you purchase bottled water for drinking. Every effort has been made to insure the best water quality possible, however these conditions are beyond our control. Water is provided via electric pump. If electricity goes out, water cannot be pumped.

We are about 15 miles from the nearest grocery store so we highly recommend that you get your supplies before you arrive.

I'm pretty good at finding unique VRBO experiences, but this one takes the cake! Great location, all the amenities you need for days on the beach, and very kind hosts!! Driving around the area and seeing the wild horses was probably the coolest part! Would love to stay again in the future!!

The crash pad was very nice, comfortable beds, very nicely furnished. Loved the outdoor bathroom. The sunroom was perfect and very comfortable with its own a/c unit. A lot of supplies were there that usually arent, paper towels, laundry and dish soap etc. Kitchen was well equipped. The well water did have an odor, although bottled water was provided, showering is a consideration. I suggest the outside shower. The road in is somewhat overgrown so if you have a large vehicle (I have full size truck) you may get a few scratches. Overall We loved it and would recommend it highly.
