Pillows were terrible, resulting in stiff necks and poor sleep. Bath towels had holes in them and need to be replaced. The bed was not level it slanted towards the sinking corner of the room and was propped up with boards - We had to reverse the sleeping position so we weren’t downhill) The floor was sinking very noticeably in the area by the bed. The heater (industrial tubing) was warm but very loud also kept us up at night. Shower and bath were ok with hot water and good pressure. Parking was ok, instructions from the host on gaining entry were also ok. 10” of snow fell the second day and was challenging to get to the door that night but was shoveled the following morning.
