Experience the Maui Ocean View from this ground floor one bedroom unit - close to grill and easy parking! The furniture has been renewed for comfort. Bathroom cabinets updated with both tub & shower. Bedroom has king bed with an additional queen hide-a-bed in living room. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are Ceiling Fans, Linens, Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as an Air Conditioner in the bedroom. Outside of the unit you'll find patio for outdoor dining, BBQ Grills, Gas Grills, Outdoor Showers, Shared Pools, Tennis Courts, and direct Beach access!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean but equipped with very basic amenities in kitchen and elsewhere. Did not need or use sofa bed but it looked very worn. Could use extra lamp for bedroom and a few hooks in bathroom plus toilet paper holder. Beach cupboard needs new chairs plus kids equipment. The complex is great with well maintained grounds, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Kamaole is in a great location, right across from the beach. Large grassy area for kids to play. Pools and barbecues are great!Our unit was very dated. I read in the comments that is was supposed to have been updated last summer, but that is definitely not the case. The living room furniture was very dirty and smelled awful. We contacted the office regarding this and they had furniture cleaners come in and clean it.

Hale Kamaole unit 123
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Hale Kamaole and have stayed here often. We always tell our friends that this is the best place to stay. We have always stayed in different units and were disappointed with unit 123. It was tidy and clean enough but well used. The sofa was so dirty I put towels on top to sit on and it smelled bad. The tub looked like it was well used and doesn't get clean anymore no matter how much you scrub. The amenities in the unit were very basic. No plastic cups to take to the pool although no glass is allowed in the pool area. Dishes were minimal although there was an awesome new set of pots and pans. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, the unit needs to be updated. The toilet was old and noisy and the taps were old. You needed two hands to pull the shower tap on. On the positive side, the unit has the best view of everything going on around you. Could watch the sunset from the grass and could see whales from the patio! Amazing! A short walk to the beach. An easy walk to stores and restaurants. The grounds are always so well looked after. We even discovered that they have security guards at night, but we've always felt safe. Everything around us was spectacular except the unit.
