Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Jacksonville Beach. In the heart of JAX Beach, our home is 5 blocks to beach access, bars and restaurants, 10 min to Mayo Clinic and 20 minutes to Jacksonville. Perfect for families/groups, this updated property boasts 3 spacious BR's w/new beds and bedding.

Outdoor living at its finest, with a big fenced in backyard perfect for children, dogs & adults to relax under the pergola. Outdoor seating, gas grill and dining area. We provide beach chairs and beach towels.

Easy access to many golf courses including TPC Sawgrass where the annual Players Championship is held, Amelia Island, St. Augustine & Florida beaches. The home is very clean and accommodates 8 guests w/ work space for remote workers. Great for families as we offer cribs, boosters, or high chairs if needed.

Host thought of so many necessities that were appreciated. Everything from beach chairs, a mini cooler, dogs bowls, and a very well stocked kitchen! House was fresh and sparkling when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was helpful for the seniors traveling with us. Loved having a powder room on the first floor and the pergola covered patio was a great space to hang out.

The backyard is a special place to rest, relax, BBQ, socialize and enjoy the weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds and linens are extremely comfortable and the access into the house is easy. Also the backyard is fenced in so your dogs are protected. We only accept dogs on the property.
