Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, room darkening shutters.

Bedroom #3- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattresses and bedding, room darkening shutters, Convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Bedroom #4- **NOTE- The 4th bedroom is downstairs and has a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa, TV, high end massage chair



Other Things to Note



- This home is well designed for couples, small groups, and/or families.

- We apologize that this home is not suitable for loud groups, and parties and/or events are not permitted.

- The owners keep a vehicle inside the garage FYI. It does not affect your stay but is just an item to note.

- In-home massage services, private chefs/catering are available. Please refer to the host for booking information.

- Optional/additional housekeeping services are available by our regular cleaning team for $300 per visit.

- Heated pool service is available (see below for fee info). There are no extra fees for our on-property Cal Spa, which is available 24/7 for heated use.



Pool Heating



- $100 per day extra charge for pool heating with a 2 day minimum.

- One-time preheat charge of $100 applies throughout the year for all pool heat reservations so that we can turn on the heater prior to your arrival.

- Pool heating must be requested in advance with a minimum of 2-day advance notice.

- In winter months, the pool can take up to 24 hours to reach ambient temperature.

- If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, you will be sent an additional Airbnb funds request.
