Rental Agreement must have electronic signature before arrival
A security deposit of $400 is required prior to arrival and is released 5 days after check out unless there is intentional damage to the property.

It’s was a great house and great location! The views of the water are so pretty, and it was a very short drive to the beach. The house was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed/wanted. We had a great experience!
